About Stapleton Group Training
Our organization actively engages and conducts training for First Responders throughout our nation. We continually monitor the needs of the First Responder community and formulate those needs into specific training and instructional method delivery. We aid in the support services of our governmental officials in Washington, D.C. in regard to all aspects of the needs, wants, and threats faced by the First Responder community. We do this in order to be the most updated training entity in the United States of America. Our location in the heart of New York City places us in a unique position to see the effects of training on the First Responder Community. We evaluate training needs and make recommendations to change policy and procedures. We understand there is an ever changing threat to our nation. The emerging world of science and technology will bring new tools to the First Responder community. However, this will also give new tools to the ever changing terrorist entities.
To meet the ever increasing challenges of the First Responder community, Stapleton Group has constructed a learning environment where both students and faculty have the unparalleled opportunity to become more aware of the "what ifs" that keep us awake at night. Together we explore the latest "best practices" along with samples of historical tactics, strategies, and operational plans that saved lives and property. This concept applies to all subject material and courses presented.
Stapleton Group is in a unique position to select instructional professionals from seasoned leaders and practitioners in the First Responder community. Every student is invited to take part in the interchanges that shape our lesson plans. We fully acknowledge "adult learning" concepts and will never overuse the "PowerPoint" presentation format. Stapleton Group requires engagement and feedback from our students. Therefore an ever emerging Stapleton Group training program will better ensure prevention, response, and mitigation of ever changing threats to our communities.
